IYK 

IYK creates a decentralized platform for all kinds of creators to perform digi-physical experiments by transferring physical objects in NFT format to the web3 space.

IYK has also closed a $16.8M funding round led by A16Z with participation from 1kx and Collab+Currency.

Midas 

Midas is asset tokenisation platform that enables access to institutional-level assets on the blockchain, specifically mTBILL securities 1:1 via ultra-liquid BlackRock Treasury Bonds.

The project recently partnered with MorphoLabs to introduce the first mTBILL/USDC lending marketplace where you can additionally earn $MORPHO tokens.

Midas has also closed a $8.75M seed round led by Framework Ventures, Blocktower Capital, HV Capital.

Mogul 

Mogul is a decentralised platform created for investing in tokenised real estate, backed by Goldman Sachs analysts.

The project closed a $3.6M funding round with participation from Draper Dragon, Blizzard Fund and others.

Helix

Helix is an accredited marketplace using blockchain technology to provide access to off-chain private credit in emerging markets. Right now you can fill out a form for early access to the platform.

The project closed a $2M pre–seed round led by Saison Capital and Superscrypt.

Parcl

Parcl is a spot and perpetual exchange designed to trade synthetic indexes on real estate in all the cities of the world. 

The project is on everyone's radar as the team recently announced that they had held a snapshot for the first and second seasons of airdrop. However, right now it is still possible to earn perpetual points, which will then be converted into $PRCL tokens.

The project has raised a total $11.6M led by Fifth Wall and Archetype Ventures.

Avantis 

Avantis is a decentralised derivatives exchange for trading synthetic assets. Now the project has a loyalty programme, Avantis XP, where you can earn points for trading and providing liquidity. The project claims it doesn't need the token, but who knows what the reality will be.

The project has closed $4M funding round led by Pantera Capital.

Dinari

Dinari is a platform for buying US securities-backed stock tokens with stable coins.

The project has raised $10M in two rounds  from Balaji Srinivasan, Alchemy and others.

Kasu

Kasu is an RWA business lending protocol that delivers on-chain returns by tapping into real-world business borrowers with real-world cash flows and collateral. The project is at a very early stage, but you can leave an application on the website to be among the first to access the platform. Token KASU confirmed by roadmap. 

Kasu raised $3M in seed round led by Morningstar Ventures , Woodstock Fund and others.

Ostium Labs

Ostium Labs is building a decentralised exchange for trading RWA derivatives, starting with commodities and FX. Ostium aspire for this platform to attract both traditional commodities traders and crypto-native traders. Users can now join the testnet by completing an application form on the website.

The project has raised a total $3.5M by Balaji Srinivasan, General Catalyst and others.
