What is VDEX?

VDEX is an omnichain perpetual DEX built by Virtual Labs that allows users to trade crypto, stocks, forex, and commodities from a single interface across multiple blockchains without KYC, VPN, or cross-chain bridging. The platform is built on Virtual Rollup technology, a proprietary implementation of ZK state channels in which the user simultaneously acts as the node, sequencer, and validator of their own transactions. All trade counterparties sign every message using Schnorr signatures, enabling full self-custody with CEX-comparable settlement latency.
