PerionXP is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) focused on advancing the development of Web3 gaming. Its primary mission is to accelerate the shift towards Web3.0 gaming by supporting and nurturing top-tier teams within the ecosystem.

Structure and Governance

PerionXP consists of multiple SubDAOs, which are categorized into three main types:

• Core SubDAOs: These are independent entities that drive growth in specific areas of the Web3 gaming ecosystem. Governance at this level is managed by a subcommittee of 3-5 contributors, ensuring a distributed decision-making process.

• Support SubDAO: This entity facilitates operational and developmental tasks within the DAO, helping to ensure that all functional capacities are met effectively.

• Community SubDAO: Governed entirely by community members, this SubDAO focuses on resource distribution and electing contributors to the subcommittees.

Additionally, PerionXP features a Treasury grants module that operates independently to secure funding for Core SubDAOs through cross-SubDAO consensus mechanisms.
