Its primary mission is to accelerate the shift towards Web3.0 gaming by supporting and nurturing top-tier teams within the ecosystem.</p><h2>Structure and Governance</h2><p>PerionXP consists of multiple SubDAOs, which are categorized into three main types:</p><ul><li><p>Core SubDAOs: These are independent entities that drive growth in specific areas of the Web3 gaming ecosystem. Governance at this level is managed by a subcommittee of 3-5 contributors, ensuring a distributed decision-making process.</p></li><li><p>Support SubDAO: This entity facilitates operational and developmental tasks within the DAO, helping to ensure that all functional capacities are met effectively.</p></li><li><p>Community SubDAO: Governed entirely by community members, this SubDAO focuses on resource distribution and electing contributors to the subcommittees.</p></li></ul><p>Additionally, PerionXP features a Treasury grants module that operates independently to secure funding for Core SubDAOs through cross-SubDAO consensus mechanisms.</p>

<h3><strong>About IDO</strong></h3><ul><li>All participants to the&nbsp;IDO need to be whitelisted.&nbsp;To whitelist join the&nbsp;discord&nbsp;and access the #ido-whitelist channel</li><li>The IDO event will allow for commitments over a&nbsp;7 day period, beginning January 21st, followed by a 24 hour last look period</li><li>4,000,000 PERC will be available throughout the IDO event, with all participants receiving PERC at the same price point of&nbsp;between $1.20 and $4.80</li><li>The final price per PERC is determined by the total number of commitments,&nbsp;capped at $4.80&nbsp;once commitments reach&nbsp;US $19.2MM</li><li>Once commitments surpass US $19.2MM, up to the US $38.4MM max cap,&nbsp;a proportional private farming split&nbsp;is globally applied</li><li>All event participants will receive the same proportionate split across PERC and the private farming period,&nbsp;with the private farming period lasting 2 weeks</li><li>Individual wallets will be able to&nbsp;commit a maximum of US $100,000&nbsp;in USDC</li><li>SushiSwap PERC/ETH LP staking and single-sided PERC staking will be launched after the last look period</li></ul><p><strong>Mechanics</strong></p><ul><li>Whitelisted participants will be able to commit&nbsp;USDC&nbsp;only</li><li>There is no minimum commitment</li><li>There are several caps on maximum commitments, in order to provide access to all participants, as well as healthy price discovery:</li><li>Individual whitelisted Ethereum addresses will be able to commit a&nbsp;maximum of $100,000 USDC</li><li>A total notional value of US $19.2MM&nbsp;across all participants wallets can be converted to PERC</li><li>The total value that may be committed across all participants over the course of the event is&nbsp;US $38.4MM</li><li>If commitments total &lt;$4.8MM USD, the PERC price will be $1.20</li><li>PERC will begin limited price discovery up to $4.80, until a time commitments surpass US$19.2MM.
