What is Hylo?

Hylo is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform built on the Solana blockchain, introducing a dual-token system comprising hyUSD and xSOL.

hyUSD is a stablecoin backed by Solana liquid staking tokens (LSTs), maintaining its peg to the US dollar through a diversified collateral pool. xSOL offers users leveraged exposure to SOL, with its value dynamically adjusting based on the collateral pool's total value and hyUSD supply. Hylo's protocol operates autonomously, without reliance on real-world assets or centralized intermediaries, ensuring permissionless and secure transactions. The platform employs a multi-tiered risk management system, utilizing mechanisms like fee adjustments and a stability pool to maintain a healthy collateral ratio and ensure the stability of hyUSD.
