There are 21 validators, Tendermint software randomly selected the block generators among the validators. The 21 validators are selected based on a ranking after a vote. Total block rewards are 1 GLCH plus the sum of all of the transaction fees of verified transactions on the specific block being verified. Block rewards are shared between validators and delegators.
