AMARAAMARA Price

Amara is a hybrid decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Odyssey chain within the Dione ecosystem, designed to bring real-world carbon markets on-chain. Its core function is to turn the prices of carbon credits into synthetic perpetual futures markets that anyone can trade. This allows users to get price exposure to carbon emissions by going long or short on these assets directly from their wallet, without intermediaries or KYC requirements.

The platform combines two main trading modules into one unified infrastructure: a perpetuals engine (initially forked from GMX) for speculative trading on carbon prices, and a native spot AMM called AmaraSwap (forked from PancakeSwap) for token swaps. The project aims to establish a transparent, global, on-chain benchmark for the price of pollution by providing liquidity and a trading venue for these synthetic climate assets before larger institutional players enter the space. The target users are crypto traders and investors seeking early access to a new asset class, as well as participants interested in climate finance markets.
