The total cryptocurrency market volume over the past 24 hours stands at $196.09 billion, reflecting a decrease of 37.21%.
Bitcoin (BTC) price today
Bitcoin (BTC) continues its upward momentum, reaching $105,556.51, up 4% over the past 24 hours.
The coin saw a low of $101,002.39 and a high of $107,180.92 in the past day.
Bitcoin’s dominance has slightly decreased by 0.10%, now standing at 57.51%. Trading volumes for Bitcoin slumped 38% $76.98 billion.
Large BTC whales have purchased 22,000 BTC worth $2.24 billion recently, contributing to increased market optimism.
Bitcoin ETFs also saw inflows of $140.64 million as of January 21, excluding BlackRock data, further boosting the market sentiment.
Ethereum (ETH) price today
Ethereum (ETH) is trading at $3,322.65, up by close to 3% in the past 24 hours.
The coin’s intraday range was $3,210.82 to $3,365.78.
Ethereum also saw $18.11 million in ETF inflows as of January 21, signaling a healthy market outlook for the second-largest cryptocurrency.
XRP and SOL price today
XRP has maintained its position above $3, trading at $3.18, up over 3% from the previous day.
The coin’s intraday low and high were $3.02 and $3.23, respectively.
Despite some short-term volatility, XRP remains bullish, with analysts forecasting potential for the coin to hit $4.4 in the near future.
Solana (SOL) has experienced a massive rise of around 10%, reaching $255.74, making it the biggest gainer among the top 10 cryptocurrencies.
The coin’s low and high for the day were $231.68 and $259.83.
Solana’s popularity has increased following the launch of the Trump family’s tokens on its network, contributing to its bullish performance.
Meme coins rebound lead by TRUMP
Meme coins have also witnessed upward movement today. The biggest meme coin by market cap Dogecoin (DOGE) rose 8%, reaching $0.3727, while Shiba Inu (SHIB) gained 4%, reaching $0.00002078.
PEPE also saw a 5% surge, trading at $0.00001601.
The biggest gainer in the meme coin market, however, is the TRUMP token, which surged 21% to reach $41.02. The massive surge came after President Trump briefly addressed the meme coin launch.
“I don’t know much about it other than I launched it,” Trump remarked. “I heard it was very successful. I haven’t checked.”
Top crypto gainers and losers
The top crypto gainers today include AI16Z, which surged over 46% to reach $1.25.
Hyperliquid (HYPE) rose 24%, reaching $25.82, while WorldCoin (WLD) also gained over 20%, trading at $2.21.
On the other hand, the top crypto losers today were led by Fartcoin (FARTCOIN), which dropped 3% to $1.74.
