What is SHARE?

Share coordinates fragmented internet infrastructure into a single ecosystem, operating across East Africa. The project covers the full stack from subsea cables to last mile networks. It offers three main components: unlimited backhaul, access to capital, and local ownership. Share also provides a payment system that allows internet providers to receive all payments in one place while offering faster plans to end users.

For local internet service providers, Share removes the need to manage separate infrastructure pieces or payment collection methods. The project handles network coordination and payment aggregation. Users are internet providers and their customers in East Africa who gain better connectivity and simpler billing. Share's stated goal is to build a global hyperscale internet network, starting with the East African region.
