Marlin Price Analysis

What is Marlin (POND)?

Marlin is a blockchain-based protocol that aims to offer a DeFi and Web3.0 programmable network. It aims to solve the issues related to networking by providing a high-performance and incentivized networking layer on which developers can build applications.

POND is one of the platform’s native cryptocurrencies. It has a maximum supply of 10,000,000,000.

What are Marlin’s key features and how does it work?

Some of Marlin’s benefits over other blockchain protocols include its speed and scalability. Transactions on the Marlin network are almost instantaneous and the network can scale to a large number of nodes without impacting Marlin’s overall performance. This allows developers to build powerful dApps and blockchains.

Additionally, the Marlin network features a unique infrastructure that is critical to its operations. As part of which there are four stakeholders which play vital roles:

  • Marlin nodes function as relay nodes in the Marlin network. Relay nodes run Marlin protocol software.
  • Auditors ensure that relay nodes are performing correct duties.
  • Miners produce blocks in blockchains running on the Marlin relay network.
  • Full nodes are users of the Marlin Network, such as wallets and merchants, to receive transactions and blocks from blockchain networks.

POND can be used to delegate to Marlin nodes and is also distributed as a reward for correctly operating the relay network. POND must be converted into MPOND to be delegated.

What can Marlin be used for?

The Marlin network can be used to create a variety of blockchain projects. This includes:

Blockchains or sidechains with low block creation times;

  • Order relay systems for DEXes;
  • Live streaming services;
  • Multiplayer games;
  • Scalable IoT data marketplaces, and more.

Where can you buy POND?
