InfiniFi iUSD backed by deposited assets like USDC, addressing duration mismatches between liquid liabilities and illiquid yields in DeFi. Users deposit assets to mint iUSD, which can remain liquid for immediate withdrawals or be bonded with selected unbonding periods to apply time-multipliers for higher proportional returns.

The system automatically ladders assets based on depositor preferences, deploying funds into liquid protocols like Aave and illiquid ones like Pendle, while fractional reserves enable co-deployment of liquid funds into higher-yield assets.

Returns are weighted and redistributed, with illiquid positions earning more and absorbing first losses, all processed through ERC20 smart contracts on Ethereum-compatible blockchains with depositor voting on allocations.
