The system automatically ladders assets based on depositor preferences, deploying funds into liquid protocols like Aave and illiquid ones like Pendle, while fractional reserves enable co-deployment of liquid funds into higher-yield assets. Returns are weighted and redistributed, with illiquid positions earning more and absorbing first losses, all processed through ERC20 smart contracts on Ethereum-compatible blockchains with depositor voting on allocations.
