What is DualMint?

DualMint is an RWA platform for onchain equipment leasing and machine-backed yield. The project finances revenue-generating physical equipment such as laundromats, HVAC units, arcade machines and vending networks, leases them to operators and distributes part of the operating cash flow to users in USDC.

The platform verifies asset performance with IoT telemetry, including uptime, usage cycles and machine-level operating data, which is reconciled against operator reports. DualMint also operates a marketplace with 1:1 NFTs tied to specific machines and is preparing the Machine Yield Index, a vault designed to pool cash flows from multiple equipment categories into one onchain position.
