What is Bubbly?

Bubbly Finance is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that facilitates trading of pre-market assets, such as points and pre-launch tokens, through an Automated Market Maker (AMM) model. It introduces the Margin Liquidity Market Maker (MLMM), which combines features of Concentrated Liquidity Market Makers (CLMM) with margin concepts from traditional futures markets to enhance liquidity and price discovery. Users can buy or sell pre-market assets using tokens like USDC, with sellers required to provide collateral equivalent to the asset's value. Liquidity providers (LPs) can contribute to pools using USDC, earning swap fees and potentially additional yields. Bubbly's settlement mechanism ensures physical delivery of assets post-Token Generation Event (TGE), with penalties for sellers who fail to deliver.
