Automated trading strategies are then executed to earn yield and high rewards. Strategies vary depending on the cryptocurrency and could involve lending assets to earn interest, farming governance tokens of other protocols, or providing liquidity to traders.Badger’s second product, DIGG, is a cryptocurrency pegged to the value of Bitcoin, BTC. It is decentralized and has an “elastic supply”. DIGG maintains its loose peg to BTC via parameters integrated in its smart contracts. If the price of DIGG exceeds 1.05 BTC, a positive rebase will take place, and DIGG supply in wallets and smart contracts increases. On the other hand, if the price falls below .95 BTC, the supply will decrease.&nbsp;Holding DIGG increases APYs in Vaults on the BadgerDAO protocol, and can also be used to provide liquidity to the DIGG-WBTC pool on Sushiswap.Managed in partnership with Ren Protocol, Badger Bridge functions as a link between the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains. There are three main functions for Badger Bridge. These are Mint, Mint &amp; Earn, and Release. Mint allows users to convert BTC into renBTC or wBTC. Mint &amp; Earn brings BTC from the Bitcoin blockchain directly into a yield-earning Sett Vault. What Is Fear & Greed Index?

We are assessing Bitcoin's volatility and maximum drawdowns, comparing these metrics with the average values from the past 30 and 90 days. We suggest that an abnormal increase in volatility signals a market driven by fear.

We evaluate current trading volumes and market momentum against 30/90 day averages, then combine these indicators. Typically, high daily buying volumes in a positive market lead us to conclude that the market is excessively greedy or overly bullish.

We collect and tally posts with various hashtags for each coin from Twitter (X) and monitor the speed and volume of interactions within certain time frames. A surge in interaction rates signifies heightened public interest in the coin, which we view as indicative of a greedy market.
