XRP News: 10 Million RLUSD Minted on XRP Ledger as Dubai Tokenizes Real Estate on XRPL

Share:
10 million RLUSD was minted at the RLUSD Treasury on the XRP Ledger, highlighting renewed stablecoin activity and placing XRPL among chains with about $2.5 billion in on-chain tokenized real-world assets out of a $44.7 billion RWA market. Dubai’s Land Department minted 10 government-linked property deeds on XRPL—over $5 million in assets split into 7.8 million tokens with a AED 2,000 (~$545) minimum, secured by Ripple Custody and targeting $16 billion in tokenized property by 2033—moves that materially boost XRPL adoption for crypto tokenization, custody and secondary-market trading.
Key Insights:
- XRP News: 10 million RLUSD was minted at the Treasury on the XRP Ledger.
- Dubai Land Department is using XRPL to issue tokens linked to government property deeds.
- Tokenized RWAs have reached $44.7 billion, with XRPL holding about $2.5 billion.
XRP news is drawing attention as 10 million RLUSD was minted at the Treasury, while Dubai is using the XRP Ledger for tokenized property deeds. The moves add to growing real-world asset activity across blockchain networks, giving the network extra room in stablecoins and property tokenization.
The XRP Ledger RLUSD Mint
The latest XRP news centers on a 10 million RLUSD mint recorded at the RLUSD Treasury. The XRPSCAN data showed that 10,000,000 RLUSD had been minted. RLUSD is Ripple’s stablecoin, and the mint adds another notable activity point for the XRP Ledger in this space.

The development comes as tokenized real-world assets continue to grow across blockchain networks. Data shared by Token Terminal shows that tokenized RWAs have reached a $44.7 billion onchain asset class in about three years. Ethereum remains the largest settlement layer, with other networks also taking part.
The XRP Ledger is listed among those networks, alongside BNB Chain, zkSync Era, Solana, Stellar, and Avalanche. The chart shows the XRPL with about $2.5 billion in RWA market cap. That puts it among the chains with a meaningful market share, as shown in the data.
Dubai Land Authority Brings Property Deeds to XRP Ledger
Another major point in the XRP news is Dubai’s use of the XRP Ledger for tokenized real estate. A post from RippleXity said Dubai’s Land Department is minting tokenized property deeds directly on the XRP Ledger. The department is described as the office responsible for issuing title deeds in Dubai.
The post said 10 properties worth more than $5 million are already live. These properties have been split into 7.8 million tokens, with a minimum investment set at AED 2,000, or about $545.
Unlike a model where a company simply holds an asset and sells a token linked to it, the post says the Dubai tokens are tied to government-issued title deeds and synced with the official land registry. That makes the project notable because the token is linked to the property record itself.
The tokens can also be resold on a regulated secondary market, according to the same post. This means the project is not limited to issuing digital representations of property. It also gives those tokens a route to trading after issuance.
The post further stated that Ripple Custody secures the deeds, and that the project targets $16 billion in tokenized property value by 2033. That would equal about 7% of all Dubai property transactions, based on the figures shared.
XRPL Gains RLUSD RWA Attention
In a separate development, XRP news puts the XRPL in a wider race for real-world asset activity. Token Terminal’s data shows that Ethereum has the largest share of the $44.7 billion market, but the XRP Ledger is among several other chains building a place in the sector.

The Dubai project also gives the XRPL a direct connection to a government property registry, based on the information shared. At the same time, the 10 million RLUSD mint points to continued stablecoin activity tied to the ecosystem.
Together, the developments show two different parts of the same market. RLUSD supports payments and stablecoin use, while tokenized property brings real-world assets onto blockchain rails. The XRPL is therefore being used in both areas as RWA tokenization expands.
For XRP news watchers, the key figures are the 10 million RLUSD mint, the $2.5 billion RWA market cap shown for the XRP Ledger, and Dubai’s planned $16 billion property tokenization target. These figures show why the network is getting more attention as blockchain-based asset records move into practical use.
