Google Trends Show Modest Interest in Crypto Topics Despite Bitcoin Nearing All Time High
CryptoRankGoogle Trends values for "Bitcoin" and "Crypto" search queries are just slightly above 20. Meanwhile, Google searches for "NFT" are nearing ATL, indicating that Web2 users and investors are not even thinking about NFTs yet.
It's worth noting that the peak of interest in Bitcoin and crypto was around May 2021, while the market's ATH capitalization was set in November 2021, when the Google Trends value was around 80. At the same time, "NFT" queries peaked in early 2022, almost 10 months after the "Bitcoin" query first peak.
