What is Zona?

Zona is an application for tokenization and working with real-world assets (RWA), including real estate, commodities, currencies, ETFs, REITs, and government bonds. Users can create synthetic assets, such as real estate index tokens or oil futures, to speculate on price changes, or tokenize assets to generate income. All assets are available for trading on the Zona decentralized exchange (DEX) and can be used as collateral on the lending platform, which increases capital efficiency. The app supports a wide range of RWAs and enables their integration into decentralized finance (DeFi).
