What is Vultisig?

Vultisig is a secure, open-source cryptocurrency wallet that employs threshold signature schemes (TSS) to enhance the safety of digital asset management. Vultisig requires multiple devices to approve transactions, eliminating single points of failure. Users can utilize familiar hardware—such as phones, laptops, or tablets—to create vaults without the need for specialized equipment. The platform supports various configurations, including 2-of-2, 2-of-3, and 3-of-4 setups, allowing for flexible security arrangements. Additionally, Vultisig eliminates the traditional 24-word seed phrase by assigning unique vault shares to each device, simplifying the recovery process.
