What is Vinyl Equity?

Vinyl Equity is a modern, SEC-registered shareholder registration system and cloud platform for public companies. Its core product is a digital shareholder registration system that provides shareholder registry management, restricted stock (delegation) processing, proxy/GM voting, real-time reporting and analytics, integration with equity capital plans, automated treasury reconciliation, and paperless workflows. It supports DTC DWAC/FAST, DRS, digital customer verification (KYC), electronic signatures, and immutable ledgers to ensure transparency and efficiency.

The project is also discussing the tokenization of public securities and the use of blockchain.
