Ventuals is a decentralized derivatives platform that brings perpetual futures trading—commonly seen in crypto—to private, pre-IPO companies. Leveraging Hyperliquid’s high-performance infrastructure (HIP‑3 standard), the platform enables users to go long or short on the valuations of unlisted startups like OpenAI, SpaceX, and Cursor with up to 10× leverage, all using USDC.
