Tori Finance is a yield protocol that provides access to institutional market-neutral strategies through on-chain mechanisms. The platform offers two primary assets: trUSD, a synthetic dollar backed by trading positions (not fiat reserves), and strUSD, a token that accumulates yield from staking trUSD in the protocol's strategies. Strategies include futures arbitrage, calendar spreads, and options positions designed to be delta-neutral and market-neutral.
The protocol operates without minimum stakes, geoblocks, or accreditation requirements, providing access to instruments traditionally available only to large institutional investors. Assets are stored in an institutional custodian, with operational and reserve funds separated.
