STONE is a non-rebase ERC-20 token within StakeStone's ecosystem, operating similarly to Lido's wstETH in yield generation. The balance of STONE in wallets remains constant, but its ETH value increases with accrued staking yields. STONE's price within the smart contract is distinct from its DEX price, being determined by StakeStone's underlying assets and total supply. It's also an Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) based on Layerzero, enabling seamless cross-chain bridging.
