PRIME is a tokenized liquid staking deposit into Democratized Prime, a warehouse lending facility for Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) originated by Figure Technologies.

Token holders earn attractive real-world yield by providing short-term financing against performing HELOCs that are awaiting securitization. These loans typically remain in the warehouse for an average of 42 days between origination and sale. Borrowing in the pool is over-collateralized by the unpaid principal balances of the HELOCs, discounted at a conservative advance rate. To maintain high credit quality, all loans that become 60+ days delinquent are promptly removed from the collateral pool.

As a liquid staking token on Hastra, PRIME offers instant liquidity — holders can trade it on DEXs, use it as collateral in DeFi protocols, or apply leverage strategies while continuing to accrue the underlying yield (currently around 7.5% APY base). It is powered by Figure’s ecosystem, including the SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin YLDS, and delivers institutional-grade, real estate-backed returns in a fully onchain format.
