It is built using a collateralized debt obligation (CDP) model, where users deposit tokenized metals (ERC-20) as collateral to issue a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar.</p><p>pmUSD operates as part of the broader RAAC ecosystem, which also includes tokenized real estate lending (RAACLend), and is designed to provide liquidity and yield in DeFi, backed by low-volatility real-world assets. </p>
