Octra is a decentralized blockchain network leveraging Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for confidential data processing and private smart contracts. It enables secure computations on encrypted data without decryption, powering privacy-preserving DeFi, AI applications, and confidential workflows. The OCT token fuels network operations, staking, governance, and computation payments. The majority of the codebase is developed in languages such as OCaml, AST, ReasonML (the language for smart contracts and applications for interacting with the Octra blockchain network), and C++.
