What is Moonlander (FM)?
Moonlander is a decentralized perpetuals trading platform built on the Cronos and zkEVM blockchains, offering up to 100× leverage on crypto assets like BTC, ETH, and CRO. It enables users to open long or short positions using USDC and features a dual-token economy centered around Full Moon ($FM) and Crescent Moon ($CM).
$FM is the native governance token that can be staked to receive $CM, a non-transferable token that accrues protocol revenue and additional staking rewards. Over time, $CM can be gradually converted back into $FM, aligning long-term incentives.
The platform uses a custom vault-based liquidity system and distributes trading fees and liquidation profits back to token stakers. Moonlander also integrates real yield mechanisms and DAO-based governance, empowering its community to shape the future of the protocol. Its smart contracts and staking models are designed to support sustainable revenue-sharing and capital-efficient trading.
