Currently, there is no integration between centralized exchanges and decentralized exchanges. Precisely DEX such as Uniswap, Pancakeswap, Sushiswap, etc does not provide functions that a CEX does, such as Limit Order or Stop-loss Order.

Traders or investors either have to wait for project listing on a centralized exchange or bear the heavy slippage offered by current DEXs. Trading experience on current DEXs is limited to only Buy / Sell at the offered price without allowing buyers & sellers to create orders at their own price range.

There are many AMM without any special features being added on top of the numerous different forks from Uniswap.
