What is LTV Protocol?

LTV Protocol is a DeFi platform implemented as an ERC-4626 vault that manages a collective leveraged position within a lending protocol. It continuously rebalances to maintain a constant target Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio in a permissionless, curatorless manner using incentive-driven auctions. Whenever a user interacts—by depositing or withdrawing—the system automatically recalculates the optimal collateral-to-borrow ratio and adjusts the position through auctions, aligning the vault with its target leverage. Ultimately, users only need to acquire the leveraged token to gain access to optimized, higher yields—without any manual management or backend complexity.
