How Landshare Works

In essence, Landshare allows investors to participate indirectly in the real estate market, without having to worry about maintenance, taxes, or property depreciation. More than just real estate investment on the blockchain, Landshare’s vision is to leverage the full power of both real estate and DeFi yield farming to maximize investor returns.

Landshare’s platform will include asset-based vaults, crowdfunded house flipping, tokenized assets a utility token, governance protocol, daily buybacks, and charitable initiatives. The core platform features utilize a familiar token staking model to distribute yields based on the rental value and appreciation of assets or the profits from a house flip. In other words, investors can earn real estate-based yields by simply staking BUSD stablecoins.

The utility token of the platform is the Landshare Token. The token is earned as a reward for staking in the Property Vault and is required to access all platform features. The token features several price-stability elements, such as limited minting, buybacks, presale vesting, token burns, and supply cap. Additional utilities of the token include governance voting, staking, and charitable fundraising.
