What is Fence?

Fence Finance is a tech-native facility agency platform designed for asset-backed finance (ABF). It digitizes legal terms of financing facilities and automates verification, calculations, monitoring, and cash flow management from term sheet to ongoing operations.

The platform operates through a six-step process: pre-deal analytics and structuring, digitizing covenants and eligibility rules, connecting data sources via APIs, real-time continuous monitoring of portfolio performance and compliance, automated cash flows (including drawdowns, collections, and waterfalls), and on-demand reporting with full audit trails.
