What is Cycles?

Cycles is an open, decentralized clearing and settlement protocol designed to optimize multilateral debt clearing. Its core product uses graph optimization algorithms on networks of obligations to clear the maximum amount of debt with minimal liquidity. It supports privacy-preserving atomic settlements, integration of various currencies/credits (including crypto and stablecoins), and targets real-world trade credit, invoices, and payment inefficiencies for businesses without central counterparties.
