What is bakeland?

Bakeland is a 2D MMORPG with crypto-based game mechanics where players join factions, farm resources, raid opponents and earn in-game rewards. The project follows a multiplayer RPG format in which player progression is tied to in-game items, lootboxes, quests and seasonal activities.

The current Bakeland app is distributed through the Solana Mobile dApp Store and uses Solana-related components for its onchain features. The game also uses MagicBlock VRF for verifiable randomness in its lootbox reward system, allowing reward rolls to be checked onchain.
