<p>Asentum is a Layer 1 blockchain built with post-quantum cryptography from the genesis block. All signatures use NIST FIPS 204 ML-DSA-65 (Dilithium3) — quantum-safe standard. Smart contracts are written in plain JavaScript, deployed as source code on-chain, with reentrancy structurally impossible and immutability by default.</p><p>Consensus is BFT with a rotating set of ~100 validators (permissionless after genesis). Validators can run on consumer PCs — a Raspberry Pi 4 is the supported floor. Finality is 2 seconds. The ASE token is used for staking and on-chain governance.</p>
