What is AIxCrypto?

AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIXC) is a publicly-traded technology company that underwent a major strategic transformation in November 2025, rebranding from Qualigen Therapeutics, a pharmaceutical company founded in 1996, to focus on integrating artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. The company is dedicated to building an ecosystem that bridges Web2 and Web3 while combining AI with blockchain infrastructure.

AIxCrypto focused on three key areas:

• Real World Asset (RWA) Tokenization: Building regulated, programmable infrastructure to represent traditional financial assets like securities and credit as digital tokens on blockchain, enabling their use in automated workflows and AI-orchestrated transactions
