Bitcoin, Solana & Ethereum: Expert Price Targets for 2025

The cryptocurrency market as a whole recorded a bullish 2024. The last few months of the year, in particular, have been extremely exciting for the industry. With several assets hitting new peaks while a few others were reclaiming their previous records, the community rejoiced. Top cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL) have been making headlines over the past months. Will they continue this trend in 2025 as well?

BTC Price Prediction For 2025

At press time, Bitcoin was trading at a high of $96,662.06. This comes after the king coin recorded a 3.61% surge over the past 24 hours. Back in December, the asset surged to an all-time high of $108,268.45.

While there are several predictions for the king coin, Peter Chung, Head of Research at Presto, had a new forecast in place. On December 31, Peter Chung made an appearance on CNBC Squawk Box, referencing the company’s most recent 2025 prediction report. To the surprise of CNBC host Martin Soong, Chung predicted that Bitcoin would reach $210,000 in 2025.

Ethereum & Solana Prediction

Both Ethereum and Solana have been following a similar trajectory over the last 24 hours. ETH was priced at $3,474.46 at the time of writing, following a 4.13% rise in the past day. With the ETH/BTC ratio expected to rise back to 0.05 from its current levels of about 0.036, Chung stated that Ethereum was likely to make some progress against Bitcoin.

Meanwhile, Solana hit a new all-time high of $263 in November 2025. The sixth largest cryptocurrency is trading at $208.83. This comes after a surge of nearly 10% throughout the past 24 hours. Presto Research’s Chung believes that SOL will rise to a high of $1,000 in 2025.
