DAOLaunch is to create an open and inclusive competitive environment for startup investment - the Decentralized Venture Capital concept.

DAOLaunch offers retail investors preferential investment conditions depending on their investment performance recorded on the blockchain. Recorded investments are not editable, as all negotiations are all on-chain. DAOLaunch investors can brand themselves as Decentralized Venture Capitalists and much like traditional VCs, they can negotiate more favorable investment terms. 

DAOLaunch aims to change the structure of shady behind-closed-door investment deals to an open and more competitive deal structure that takes place on the blockchain. This will drastically shake up the startup industry.

How to participate in IDO

In order to be eligible for IDO participation, users must must stake DAL or DAL/BUSD LP and meet Tier requirements:

• Entry Tier requires to have 100 DAL or 80 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 1;
• Bronze Tier requires to have 200 DAL or 160 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 2,5;
• Silver Tier requires to have 500 DAL or 400 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 7;
• Gold Tier requires to have 1000 DAL or 800 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 15;
• Platinum Tier requires to have 2000 DAL or 1600 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 31;
• Diamond Tier requires to have 4000 DAL or 3200 DAL/BUSD LP staked and provides weight of 64;

Only users who stake are eligible to join IDO.

All Tiers are Guaranteed Whitelisted, no SNS/twitter sharing is required.

Pool weight means if you hold more DAL tokens and categorize higher Tier, you will get more allocations to invest, you can check your allocation on the dapp.
