What is WisdomTree Connect?

WisdomTree Connect is a blockchain-based platform developed by WisdomTree to facilitate institutional access to tokenized real-world assets (RWAs). Initially launched in September 2024, the platform began with the tokenized WisdomTree Government Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX) and has since expanded to include 13 tokenized funds. These funds encompass money market, equities, fixed income, and asset allocation models, all registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Company Act of 1940 .

The platform allows users to hold tokens in their self-hosted wallets or with a third-party custodian, enabling users to manage their holdings and tokens in their current wallet infrastructure. Tokens are available on Arbitrum, Avalanche, Base, Ethereum, Optimism and Stellar. It allowing users to interact with tokenized funds across various ecosystems. WisdomTree Connect enables transactions using both U.S. dollars and USDC, with assets held in either self-custodial or third-party wallets.
