UTY is a digital synthetic dollar (DSD) designed to maintain price stability by using a delta-neutral mechanism within the XSY ecosystem. It achieves this by backing each minted token with two offsetting financial positions: a long position in a native asset like AVAX and a short position via a perpetual future, thereby neutralizing the impact of price volatility.

Whitelisted users can mint $UTY using approved collateral (currently starting with AVAX), which is then automatically structured into the delta-neutral backing model. $UTY is used across XSY’s decentralized finance (DeFi) integrations—such as Pharaoh and Euler—where users can earn rewards for adoption and liquidity provision.
