USDB is a first-of-its-kind stablecoin that allows FantOHM to generate revenue like no other OHM fork.&nbsp;USDB is a proprietary tradable stablecoin.&nbsp;It serves the use case of unlocking the full value and potential of the treasury and the DAO operating account while maintaining stability in the treasury. The amount of USDB created at a given point in time is the burnt market value of FHM at a specific point in time.Proof-of-burn is a consensus mechanism that ensures there will be no double spending of an asset. Once an FHM token is burned, the value (at the time of burn) is locked and recorded on-chain. That means burning an amount of FHM from the DAO operating account would mint the same dollar value in USDB. $1 in FHM to $1 USDB. When USDB rises above $1 in value, a bond is offered to purchase USDB with DAI at a $1 per USDB valuation instantly. What Is Fear & Greed Index?

We are assessing Bitcoin's volatility and maximum drawdowns, comparing these metrics with the average values from the past 30 and 90 days. We suggest that an abnormal increase in volatility signals a market driven by fear.

We evaluate current trading volumes and market momentum against 30/90 day averages, then combine these indicators. Typically, high daily buying volumes in a positive market lead us to conclude that the market is excessively greedy or overly bullish.

We collect and tally posts with various hashtags for each coin from Twitter (X) and monitor the speed and volume of interactions within certain time frames. A surge in interaction rates signifies heightened public interest in the coin, which we view as indicative of a greedy market.

A coin’s dominance represents its share of the total crypto market capitalization. For Bitcoin, an increase in dominance often stems from a flight to safety, reducing speculative investments in alt-coins as Bitcoin becomes the preferred safe haven in the crypto space.
