What is Umia?

Umia Finance is a platform for launching and funding projects with their own tokens. It provides a Cayman legal structure, token issuance, an onchain treasury and a public sale conducted through Uniswap Continuous Clearing Auctions. After an auction closes, part of the proceeds and token supply creates a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool, while the remaining funds enter the project treasury.

Tokenholders participate in decision markets that determine strategic actions and treasury spending. The operating team receives a predefined budget, while additional disbursements and structural changes require a market decision. Auctions can be deployed on EVM networks that support Uniswap v4.
