<p>Ultiland is a real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform with a focus on the art sector that uses a hybrid approach that combines meme token launch mechanisms with traditional tokenization models to increase liquidity and engagement. The project provides the infrastructure for issuing customized $ARToken tokens representing digital shares of assets, and includes modules for decentralized asset valuation (SAE), RWA data oracles, and intellectual property management via IProtocol.</p><p>The technical architecture of the platform is built on the use of IPFS for storing metadata, smart contracts for multi-chain integration and an AI agent for content generation and financial optimization, while the ecosystem also provides for the launch of staking mechanics and trading incentives. Ultiland's economic model is based on a two-tier system of ARTX and miniARTX tokens, which provide interaction between content creators, investors and liquidity providers within the framework of the stated development roadmap.</p>
