PolkaSign uses the Substrate Framework based on the SubDAO network to develop, featuring both blockchain and decentralized storage. All details including signature, signer, agreement files list, etc. of the agreement are written with smart contract on blockchain, and can’t be maliciously tampered with.</p><p>PolkaSign can be replaced with any chain based on Substrate, and provides services for any type of organizations with electronic agreements.</p><h3><strong>Architecture</strong></h3><p>The SubDAO Network consists of four parts: SubDAO Node, SubDAO Airfone SDK, SubDAO Smart Contract, and SubDAO App front-end. And there are several components in SubDAO smart contract, namely Template Library, Asset Vault, and SubDAO Guard.</p>

<h3><strong>Three Phases of Token Sale on Official Website</strong></h3><p>First Phase: The sale period, you will have 36 hours to deposit/withdraw USDT into a smart contract vault. The price of the $GOV token will then adjust based on the amount of USDT deposited.</p><p>The total value that can be committed across all participants’ wallets is capped at $15,000,000 notional, at which point no additional commitments will be accepted.</p><ul><li>If total commitments ≤ $7,500,000, then $GOV will be at $0.15. Limited price discovery begins once $7,500,000 of assets have been committed.</li><li>$GOV will undergo limited price discovery up to $0.3 until the total commitments reach $15,000,000.</li></ul><p>Note: During this phase, you can deposit USDT to increase your bid or withdraw USDT if you want to reduce your bid.</p><p>Second Phase: The second period is the grace period and will occur during the last 24 hours of the sale. During the phrase, you can only deposit USDT to increase your bid.</p><p>Final Phrase: On December 4th, you can swap the token to your wallet. And you can trade GOV on Gate, MXC and many other platforms which will be annouced soon.</p>
