What is Stabilizer?
Stabilizer is a decentralized exchange designed exclusively for trading stablecoins, such as USDT, USDC, and USDS, with a core feature of zero slippage. Its mechanism is built on a constant-sum invariant (x + y = k) instead of the constant-product formula used by many automated market makers. This allows users to execute swaps between stablecoins at a perfect 1:1 rate without any price impact, regardless of the trade size, and protects users from Maximal Extractable Value (MEV).
The platform is powered by its own native ERC-20 token, USDZ, which serves as the internal settlement asset. USDZ is described as being fully backed 1:1 by a basket of high-quality, liquid stablecoins (USDT, USDC, and USDS). The exchange utilizes internal rebalancing mechanisms within its liquidity pools to maintain the peg and concentrate liquidity, aiming to provide liquidity providers with a way to earn fees without suffering from impermanent loss.
