What is SOON?
SOON (Solana Optimistic Network) is building the highest throughput stack that allows for any SVM L2 to be deployed on any L1.
SOON makes use of the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) which has native support for parallel execution through the Sealevel runtime and its accounts model. The accounts model, which separates program code from its state and requires specification of accounts needed for a transaction, enables for transactions to be executed in parallel by ensuring that there are no state conflicts.
