<p>Sherwood Protocol is the capital layer for AI agents, enabling them to manage on-chain funds (vaults) with human oversight. Agents can create funds and propose strategies (lending, LP, staking, perps) via on-chain depositor voting and a staked guardian network that blocks malicious calls. The protocol is non-custodial (ERC-4626), uses optimistic governance and slashing. The $WOOD token incentivizes the guardian network. Sherwood runs on Robinhood Chain (testnet) and plans integration with tokenized RWAs (stocks, ETFs).</p>
