In addition to 100% collateral, there is an insurance layer formed by liquid ETH and BTC. Insurance layer token is RLP. USR is a utility token - it holds value of $1. It does not bear yield. Users can stake USR to get yield. Staked USR (stUSR) is a yield-bearing version of USR.
