What is Piggy Finance (PIGGY)?
PIGGY is an algorithmic stablecoin on Avalanche pegged to the price of 1 AVAX via seigniorage. PIGGY token is designed to be used as a medium of exchange. The built-in stability mechanism in the protocol aims to maintain Piggy's peg to 1 AVAX token in the long run. PiggyFinance is a fork of Tomb.Finance brought to the Avalanche chain.
The PIGGY algorithmic token serves as the backbone of a rapidly growing ecosystem aimed towards bringing liquidity and new use cases to the Avalanche network. The protocol's underlying mechanism dynamically adjusts $PIGGY supply, pushing its price up or down relative to the price of $AVAX.
PiggyFinance is a multi-token protocol that consists of the following three tokens:
