OTC Desks is a Solana protocol where users burn OTC to mint desk NFTs linked to their own vaults. The vaults can receive tokenized stock assets purchased by the protocol fee pot, and the desk NFT carries the vault when transferred or sold.The protocol documentation also describes creator-fee and royalty flows that fund recurring purchases for active desks and OTC holders. The OTC token is part of that fee and minting system rather than a tokenized stock or ETF product.
