All assets are backed by USDN, which is used as collateral.&nbsp;</p><h3>What can NSBT be used for?</h3><p>The NSBT token is designed to maintain and stabilize the reserves of Neutrino smart contracts. This is done via reserve recapitalization. When WAVES is locked on a smart contract, NSBT is issued. WAVES function as collateral in the case of any deficit.
